كيف تستعمل:
1- لا يجوز بأي حال من الأحوال أن يمتلئ الطنجرة بماء الطعام والتوابل أكثر من أربعة أخماس سعة الطنجرة.
2- تأكد من أن أنبوب التهوية نظيف وخالي من الانسداد قبل إغلاق الغطاء. قم بتثبيت الغطاء على الطباخ وحرك مقبض الغطاء إلى الاتجاه كما هو موضح بالسهم المنقوش على الطباخ (في اتجاه عقارب الساعة) حتى يتم تغطية مقبض الغطاء ومحاذاة مقبض الجسم وبالتالي إغلاق الغطاء بأمان
3- بعد إغلاق الغطاء، ضع صمام الضغط على أنبوب التهوية بمجرد تدفق كمية بسيطة من البخار بشكل ثابت
4- عندما يرتفع صمام الضغط بفعل البخار ،  خفض الحرارة إلى الحد الذي يبقى فيه صمام الضغط في وضع مرتفع قليلاً عند طهي الطعام الطري ارفعي القدر عن النار حتى يتشرب البخار الطعام جيداً. مطبوخ
5- قبل فتح الغطاء إذا كان الوعاء لا يزال يحتفظ بضغط البخار، يجب تقليله عن طريق التبريد الطبيعي أو التبريد القسري بالماء البارد أو نزع صمام الضغط لإخراج البخار
6- بعد ازالة صمام الضغط وعدم رؤية أي بخار يتسرب من أنبوب التهوية، قم بتحريك مقبض الغطاء في الاتجاه كما هو موضح بالسهم الموضح على الطباخ (عكس اتجاه عقارب الساعة) ثم انزع الغطاء

How to use:
1- In no case should the cooker be filled with food water and seasoning more than four fifth full of the cooker capacity
2- Be sure that the vent pipe is clean and free from clogging before closing the cover. Mount the cover on the cooker and move the cover handle to the direction as shown by the arrow inscribed on the cooker(clockwise) until the cover handle is cover and in alignment with body handle thus closing the cover securely
3- After closing the cover, place the pressure valve on the vent pipe as soon as a slight amount of steam flows stably
4- When the pressure valveis raised by the exhausting steam, it is wise to reduce heat to such extent that the pressure valve remains in a slightly-raising position when you cook tender food remove the cooker from the heat until the steam has the food well cooked
5- Before opening the cover if the cooker still retains steam pressure, it must be reduced by natural cooling or forced cooling with cold water or taking off the pressure valve to let go the steam. When reduction of the pressure can only be done by natural cooling or by forced cooling with cold water
6- After taking off the pressure valve and seeing no steam spilling from the vent pipe, tum the cover handle to the direction as shown by the arrow inscribed on the cooker (coun ter-clockwise) and take off the cover
