• إن ديكسبانتينول هو المماثل الغولي لحمض بانتوثينيك الذي يلعب دوراً أساسياً قي عمليات الأستلة.

• يستعمل في الحالات التالية:
• تساقط الشعر واضطراب نموه.
• الحروق والجروح السطحية إذ يقوم ديكسبانتينول بترميم خلايا الجلد وتجديدها.
• طريقة الإستعمال:
• حالات تساقط الشعر: تدهن فروة الرأس بمحلول ديكسافيت (3-4) مرات في الإسبوع مع الدلك الخفيف.
• حالات الجروح والحروق: يطبق المحلول على الجلد المصاب عدة مرات يومياً.
• مضادات الإستطباب:
• الحساسية اتجاه ديكسبانتينول.
• التأثيرات الجانبية:
• يعتبر المستحضر جيد التحمل بشكل عام ونادراً ما يحدث احمرار للجلد.

• يجب تجنب ملامسة المحلول للعين أو دخوله إلى الأذن الوسطى.

How to use: Cases of hair loss: Rub the scalp with Dexavit solution 3-4 times a week with a light massage. Cases of cuts and burns: The solution is applied to the affected skin several times daily. Contraindications: Allergy to dexpanthenol. Side Effects: The preparation is generally well tolerated and redness of the skin is rare.
